These Terms and Conditions administer your use of our services, Umrah packages, including travel bookings, visa assistance, and related offerings. By accessing our website and services, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Booking and Payments
Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required documents and payment as specified.
Payment Terms: Payments must be made via accepted methods (for example; bank transfer, credit and debit cards) and within the timelines communicated. Late payments may result in cancellation.
Non refundable Deposits: Certain bookings may require a non refundable deposit, which will be clearly communicated during the booking process.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation requests are to be made in writine. Compensation will be decided by our Company, depending on the time lapse between the date provided for cancellation and the date of Travel, as well as on the conditions specified in detail in the package. In cases where cancellations are imposed by airlines, hotels, or other facilities providing services, KBA Travels does not bear any responsibility under such circumstances, and an amount refundable, it shall be as per this party’s policy. Our company will process refunds, at most, within 30 regular working days.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate details, including names, passport information, and other required data. Any errors in these details may result in additional charges or denial of services. Customers must also ensure their passports, visas, and any other document relevant to travel are also valid and current. Furthermore, customers must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and entry requirements of destination countries.
Visa Assistance
At KBA Travels you can avail visa consultancy and submission services; however, visa approval is totally at the discretion of the issuing authorities, and we cannot guarantee approval. Visa fees and service charges are non refundable, even in cases of rejection. Customers must provide complete and accurate documentation to ensure smooth processing. Delays due to incomplete or incorrect information are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Travel Changes and Delays
Flights rescheduling or cancellation is managed by airline policies, and any additional charges incurred will be the responsibility of the customers. KBA Travels is not liable for delays caused by unexpected circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or other disruptive events. We strongly recommend that customers will obtain travel insurance to mitigate the impact of such situations.
